This course is developed against international standards, exploring how risk management works better in collaboration with other business activities.

Operational Resilience

The Operational Resilience workshop is perfect for those who are working within Financial Services, and anyone who wishes to gain a greater understanding of this subject matter. It provides a framework for the implementation of compliance requirements, linked to regulatory requirements in the United Kingdom (UK Bank of England (BoE) Operational Resilience Policy), with an overview of what is required in the European Union (EU DORA – Digital Operational Resilience Act), as well as EMEA, North America, Asia & Oceania.

Cyber Resilience

The Cyber Resilience workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to gain a greater understanding of this subject matter and who wishes to further their ability in the implementation of effective resilience practices. It provides delegates with the opportunity to understand how to integrate Cyber Resilience within Operational Resilience. This knowledge should be used to determine the activities and actions that are necessary to make an organisation more resilient.
